We collect only what we need to run the Service, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations.
Account information
- Your Arc ID and avatar, which are generated for your account
- Basic profile details from the sign-in provider you choose (Google, X, Telegram or Discord), such as your provider account ID, display name and profile picture
- Referral codes you create or apply
Wallet and transaction information
- The deposit addresses we create for your account on each supported network
- Deposits, withdrawals, plan purchases, payouts, referral rewards and prizes, including amounts, networks, coins and transaction hashes
- Wallet addresses you enter for withdrawals
Technical and usage information
- Device, browser and operating system details, IP address and approximate country
- Sign-in sessions, security events and the pages and features you use
- Push notification tokens, if you turn notifications on
We do not ask for your email address to create an account, and we never ask for your wallet private keys or seed phrases.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and secure your account, including sign-in and account recovery
- Credit deposits, run the trading plans you start, process payouts and review withdrawal requests
- Calculate referral rewards, partner rewards and leaderboard rankings
- Send notifications you have turned on, such as when a trade starts or ends

3. Blockchain data
Deposits, withdrawals and reserve balances are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see on-chain transactions and addresses, and this data cannot be changed or deleted by Arc or anyone else.
4. Your recovery phrase
Your 24-word recovery phrase lets you get back into your account if you lose access to your sign-in accounts. It is shown to you only after you confirm your identity. Keep it private and offline: anyone who has it can take over your account. Arc staff will never ask you for it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, secure and operate the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations
- Sign-in providers you choose to connect, as needed to sign you in
- Blockchain networks, when you deposit or withdraw
- Law enforcement, regulators and other authorities, when the law requires it or to protect users and the Service
- A buyer or successor, if Arc is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
The public leaderboard shows a scrambled tag instead of your name or Arc ID.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and keep the Service secure. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall usage.
7. Data security
We protect your information with measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so please protect your sign-in accounts and recovery phrase.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is open and afterwards as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
